02-01-13We used Eric 6 years ago for 4 different home inspections and he was able to show us novice home buyers what... to look for, what issues were at that home, and he helped us so much. He didn’t make us feel bad because we asked 100 questions he explained them all, , he helped us understand each item, why it was important or what was wrong. He always made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood what he was explaining. UPDATE: 12-01-2018We used Eric again for two more homes 6 years after we bought our first and he was still amazing. Again he gave us such a detailed look into the homes we wanted to buy. We were less novices this time, but Eric still went over each thing in great detail and answered the million questions we had for him. He is so great with each and every part of the house and explains how and why he measured, looked, and looked into all kinds of different things in the home. He sends you a print out with anything he finds with photos and explanations. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and he always has amazing insight into the homes we looked at. Our realtor was so impressed with him she is giving his name to her clients. I hope we don’t move anytime soon, but if we did we will use him for sure!read more
